Complete Well-Care Source, LLC, founded in 2020, is committed to delivering exceptional mental health and home health care services throughout North Carolina. We empower our clients by facilitating access to essential resources, including disability benefits, EBT/SNAP, job assistance, and navigating application processes. Our comprehensive services—ranging from Peer Support, Supported Employment, and Outpatient Therapy—are designed to enhance the well-being of individuals within our communities. Additionally, CWCS offers SACOT and SAIOP programs to effectively address substance abuse needs. We are in the process of adding more programs services such as CST and ACT for potential approved clients. We are dedicated to helping clients achieve their fullest potential through personalized WRAP plans, goal setting, and connecting them with vital resources.

Peer support is a service that is provided by individuals who have had similar experiences to those they are supporting. Peer support workers offer emotional support and encouragement to help individuals navigate their recovery journey.

Supported employment is a service that helps individuals with mental health challenges find and maintain employment. The service may include vocational assessment, job coaching, and ongoing support to ensure the individual’s success in the workplace.

Outpatient therapy is a service that provides mental health support to individuals who do not require hospitalization. The therapy is typically provided in a clinic or office setting and may include individual, group, or family therapy.

Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient (SAIOP) & Substance Abuse Comprehensive Treatment (SACOT) program is a drug or alcohol rehabilitation center with a primary focus on mental health and substance abuse treatment.

Home health services provide medical care and support to individuals who require assistance with their daily activities. These services are typically provided in the individual’s home.

Our helpline and hotline services provide immediate support to individuals in crisis. Who are trained peer support specialists that are available round the clock to offer empathetic listening, crisis intervention, and referrals to appropriate resources.
